Ingredients:
- 4 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
Instructions:
Press parchment paper into a 9 x 9-inch 23 x 23 cm square baking pan, leaving an overhang for simple removal
Measure out 4 cups of Golden Grahams cereal into a large mixing bowl
Melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter and 1/4 cup light corn syrup in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring to mix thoroughly
Take the butter and corn syrup mixture off the heat as soon as it's smooth and well combined
After adding the melted mixture to the Golden Grahams cereal, gently fold the cereal pieces until they are evenly coated
When the chocolate begins to melt and coat the cereal, add one cup of milk chocolate chips to the mixture and stir
After letting the mixture cool a little, stir in one cup of mini marshmallows
Using a spatula or the back of a spoon, transfer the mixture to the baking pan and press it down firmly
Put the pan in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes or so, or until the bars are set
After the bars are set, remove them from the pan by using the overhanging parchment paper
Transfer them to a chopping board
Cut the bars into the appropriate sized squares or rectangles
Your delectable Golden Grahams Smores Bars are ready to be served!
